I am Jack Lyden, REALTOR® for over four years. I am the "Outside" member of the team, meeting with and counselling sellers and coaching buyers. I take care of all of our clients up until we sign a contract of sale. Then Shirley takes over. I am also a proud member of our local Beaver County Association of REALTORS® and currently hold the position of Chair of the Information Technology Committee. My past positions include Director and Secretary of the Association.
I am also a Chief Master Sergeant (Ret) in the Air Force and hold a Master's Degree in Business Management.

Our senior partner in this business is my mother, Shirley Lyden. She has been working in real estate for over 30 years in Beaver County and is also deeply involved with the Beaver County Association of REALTORS®. She is currently a Director and has served as President and Treasurer of the group. Shirley is our Closing Coordinator, making certain that ALL transactions are completed smoothly and successfully. |

The third member of our team is my wonderful wife Lynette Lyden. She has been working with the team for over a year now and focuses primarily on our marketing properties for sale, tracking closing milestones, coordinating with buyers and sellers and, generally keeping everything running smoothly. |
